Weaver keeps everything a channel has established, the subjects, the takes it has committed to, the running bits, the cast, the way the host actually talks, and writes every new script from all of it.

• Episode forty should not feel like episode one. A channel accumulates what it needs to write its next script and keeps it in eleven places; Weaver is the one room where all of it is open while the writing happens.
• Ten kinds of show, each with its own board: video essays, talking heads, tutorials, reviews, sketch, mini-docs, interviews, lists, vlogs, product launches. One format sheet every script obeys, so the edit stops paying for drafts of different shapes.
• The board on the left is what the show has established; the rundown on the right is what is written and what is next. It knows when you already said that.
